　　1st September 2021 (Against Discharge Date in POD)

　　2021 年 09 月 01 日 (目的港卸船日)

　　Attention: It’s a congestion surcharge payable as a local charge collected effective September 1 at destination and

　　this is applicable to all kinds of cargo and all equipment types

　　注意：以上附加費以貨物 9 月 1 日卸目的港開始生效，適用于所有報價和柜型
